Wrinkle Softening Injections

The most popular non surgical cosmetic treatment is using injections of botulinum type A, better known as botox. These injections help reduce lines and wrinkles which are caused by contractions of underlying facial muscles every time you smile, laugh or frown.

The more you smile, laugh or frown, the more prominent these wrinkles become as they gradually wear away the collagen in your skin.

The injections can be administered to improve the appearance of laugh lines, frown lines and crows feet.

How does it work?

Botox works by temporarily relaxing these facial muscles, helping to reduce the muscle contraction and effectively helping the skin to repair.

The use of botox is very safe. Millions of treatments world wide have not recorded any serious adverse effects. Minor side effects can occur and will be fully discussed prior to any treatment.

After initial consultation and assessment of the severity of muscle contraction, several small injections of botox would be carefully administered. The treatment can take up to two weeks to show maximum effect and the results last around 4-5 months, however this can vary from person to person.

After two weeks each client is reviewed to discuss the results and decide if any top up treatment is needed. No additional charge would be made for this consultation.
